INTRODUCTION:
Lastcall is a utility in wcCODE 4.01 that works specifically with Intermail
or FrontDoor. It will log the last callers infomation in the little "From"
window in your front end. If the last call is a user then it will be logged
in the front end. If the last call is a mail run then it will be logged like
normal in the front end. If you don't use one of the above front ends then
you will have little use for this utility.

The user of this program bears all risk as to the quality and performance
of the software.
SETUP:
Copy the LASTCALL.WCX and LASTCALL.CFG file into your WC Home Directory.
Next edit the included LASTCALL.CFG file to match your systems needs like
this:
INTERMAIL <-- Line 1
C:\IM\SYSTEM <-- Line 2
----------- Configuration -----------
Line 1: Mailer Type "INTERMAIL" or "FD"
Line 2: Path to LASTCALL.xx
Examples: C:\FD or C:\IM or C:\IM\SYSTEM
* NO trailing backslash!
If your not sure what path to put on line #2, look in your Mailer directory
for a LASTCALL.FD or LASTCALL.IM usually in x:\fd or x:\im or x:\im\system.
NOTE: NO trailing backslash on Line #2 for the Path!!!
Basically what you will end up with in you front end after a user logs off
your BBS is:
┌Name, Date, Time of call ┌─Node #
└──────────┐ │ ┌─Baud Rate
│ │ │ ┌─Total Calls to BBS
┌─────────────────────────────────────────────┐
│ From: Joe Blow 1:21600/11690 │
│ 3-13-95 9:58p PHOENIX, AZ │──From field in BBS
RUNNING IT:
This will have to be ran as POSTCALL.WCX. The reason for this is that the
current caller info has to be still hot in the database in WC so the program
can grab that info and write to the LASTCALL.xx file. I kept it's name as
LASTCALL.WCX cause alot of Sysops are already running a POSTCALL.WCX. How do
I run more than one? Well I do recall seeing a simple wcCODE program that you
can define more than one POSTCALL.WCX to run. If you aren't already running a
POSTCALL.WCX then rename the LASTCALL.WCX to POSTCALL.WCX and place it and the
edited LASTCALL.CFG file in your WC Home directory. It will be ran everytime
a user logs off your system and when your front end reloads it will show the
info in the "From" window.
If you can't find a desent wcCODE util to run more than one I will gladly
write one for you all for FREE! Just say the word <g>!
REGISTRATION:
How much does this thing cost? NOT a darn thing <g>! I see alot of lamers
coding VERY small little utilz and charging 5, 10, and 20 bucks for them?
Get real people!!! Enjoy...
